The quality check
No segment ships as confirmed without being checked against your photo.
Your summary tells you which segments are which. Segment by segment, room by room, on every video.
- It starts as your photograph
- Every segment in your video is built from a photo you uploaded. No stock footage, no other property.
- It is checked before it ships
- No generated segment ships as confirmed unless it was compared against the photo it came from. The check is attempted on every video, on every plan.
- If it doesn't match, you get a camera move
- When the check says a generated segment doesn't match your photo, it is regenerated once — and if it still doesn't match, you get a slow camera move over the real photograph instead.
- If the check can't run, your summary says so
- If the check itself can't be reached, the segment ships labelled “not confirmed” in your summary. Not confirmed is not the same as passed.
